I have a lump under my left nipple. It's like a disc that is the same circumference as my nipple, and it's hard.

Well I was kidding about doing it myself.

I don't really understand how I would get gyno. And it's definitely not as bad as those in the pictures.

I don't take steroids, or anything for that matter, besides protein shakes and NO products.
