Random PM or new Memebers?

I got a random PM recently asking for a source, 1 post, no reps, no avi. Did not answer. Im seeing alot of fishy questions sometimes to in new threads about..."odd" things.
Could these be "insiders"
Im prolly just over thinkign things but curious as to how your guys mind accepts it.
