So... I'm up on vacation with a friend... ummm noticed that his mom's boyfriend supplements with a prenatal vitamin used for pregnancy and and promotion of lactation used for pregnant women...He states he needs the iron...I think otherwise...Whats your take? By the way he works as a pharmist thus feel qualified to know what he's talking about....or says he does..

Makes sense. Its just a multi-vitamin that is tailored more to suit the needs of a pregnant woman. Doesnt mean its bad for other people. I eat my 2 year old daughters vitamins. Theyre yummy little gummy bears. mmm.

That's pretty much the way I see it. Granted I'm not an expert on prenatal vits by any means, but what in this one is supposed to "promote lactation"?

I'm guessing Fenugreek. That's the only thing I've heard of that does that.

There are no multi vitamins to promote lactation. The pregnancy multis are higher in iron and folic acid. It won't hurt him to take it. Women use fenugreek to increase milk supply and domperidome.

Thanks for clearing that up, C. I've never heard of any that are supposed to promote lactation so I was confused.

I've taken my girls Prenatals back in the day and there just high dosed with certain vits (mainly Iron) there actually really good for you and there's no Fenugreek in any of them so............why not? It's not very faltering to be at the gym and bust out the preggo vits but hey they work so Fuk it. That's my take....

Well # 1 he dosent have low iron..#2 he even supplements with additional iron as well as folic acid..talk about overdoing it... i was laughing my a$$ off.... On top of that me and my buddy went into the office and tured on the camera to find... 3 pics... OF HIS 4 inch penis!!!!!! lmfao!!!
