| Registered User | "painful" is definitely an understatement! i can not imagine going back into a "program" where it is truly impossible to have a job when you have a wife and children as you do. that's at least two years of nursing salary that is gone. ouch. my many props to you and those that make the sacrafice. i can imagine that becoming a nurse anesthetist would change you and your family's life in such a positive way that it would be priceless though. | Registered User | it is a big decision to go back to school. when I was an undergrad I always used to have a negative attitude towards post grads for not going to grad school and deemed them as 'lazy.' I immediately started my MBA in finance/econ after I graduated while working full-time. After already being in my program over a year, I can see where responsiblities and commitments are split down the line. This was one of my strategic ways of making it easier for myself was to get it early on pre-family, pre-marriage, pre-house morgage. It is still a huge commitment itself. I can't imagine tackling on more of life's 'issues'. After I get done I'm not sure if I still want to go after the Ph.D or not. Before I was going to without hesitation, however now I am just eager to get done with this as it is really starting to take its toll on me. |

Now It's just a matter of time before I buy the personal training crap for $250 and get to studying!I love bb'ing and giving advice on how to eat and train. So why not?It beats the hell out of digging holes and all in 110 degree humid windless weather or just the exact opposite! |

Is it just you and your Dad ? That's a lot of work between only 2 ppl. Do you have machines to cut holes in the ground then you drop the fencing in ? | |
