Hey guys,

Last Friday i was working out and i guess i exerted too much force. I was finally able to break 200lbs on the benchpress but i'm getting a bad throbbing headache when i try to do strenuous stuff now.

Most of the time when i do my regular things like taking showers, eating, sitting w/e i dont have any symptoms. But when i tried to have sex with my GF, i kinda stop in the middle coz i feel like the brain at the back of my head is throbbing. Monday today and we tried again, and its still there. I mean i was able to do "it" twice but that was really forcing it and ignoring the pain.

What do you guys think this is? Any simmilar experiences? How long before it goes away?

thanks for any input!!

LOL @ t3stxlr4titud's bombshell of reality..

You may have a tension headache from straining yourself. I get5em sometimes. All yiu can do is try and relax the muscles and back, or take a painkiller. It will go away sooner or later.

Yeah that's it. Seems like its called exertion headache.
Most doctors says take 1-2 weeks of any straining activities, so i guess no working out or sex for a while. Maybe light jogging or walking.

lol @ gay comment.

just for palo alto's info
diet is alright, following ckd, lots of healthy fats
cals maybe 1600-1800 (which really needs to be 2400)
salt im not for sure
water 1-1.5 gallons a day
