Dont know if you remember the Nike commmercial with the building hoppers, but its a huge trend in Europe and that area.
This one is some younger kids just doing it to do it.


Theres a few more on youtube but i think this one was one of the more impressive ones. Just look at the flips, and sometimes they only take a split second to set up and do the flip....insane.
