Tendinitis and a new section idea

  1. Tendinitis and a new section idea

Okay fellas/crader. I was diagnosed with oh-so-wonderful tendinitis. Sitting in the ER I had a novel idea hit me. Why isn't there an injuries section at AM? I just think it'd be nice to have an area where bb'ers can discuss their pains/concerns and maybe help each other out with workouts while injured. Injuries seem to be fairly regular here on AM. I mean tendinitis is a household word in the house of a bodybuilder along with back pumps, gyno, pulled muscles, sprains, etc...
It's just an idea, but who knows, it may help someone. I wish I had talked to someone about the pain in my wrist awhile ago, so I wouldn't be wearing this splint (not fun for typing). Anyone else think an "Injuries Section" could be beneficial?

  2. Wrist tendonitis? I got that a long time ago from working making medical supplies for critical care units.

They put me in physical therapy consisting of alot of those long rubber band stretching and ultrasound heat therapy. I still have it and it seems to be acting up from all the free weight work my trainer has me do....however the fix is surgery and well...i don't think so!

  3. For what it is worth I think your idea for a injuries section is an awesome idea. I have posted a number of times about various injuries, but have always felt it disrupts the flow of posts about more exciting/sexy topics in threads. With this section you wouldn't have to be such a downer in other sections.

Do you mean the Nutrition/Health forum, because I think thats more directed towards diet

"A forum dedicated to nutrition and overall health when its comes to diet."

I just think a section just for injuries may be helpful.

  6. Sucks, hope you recoup fast!

Thanks man. And I agree. I hate posting "My pinkie hurts" between, "I'm huge thanks to Crazydrol" and "Free fatloss stack for chubbies" It just never felt right to me. Who knows - Maybe Jerry will read this and agree.
