Stop the emails

What do i do to stop the emails from AM telling me that someone responded,it is flooding my email.Thats what user cp is for.If i contact a mod,how do i do that?I have looked,but maybe not hard enough.I have to go to the gym cause my dad/boss needs my truck and he's meeting me there.Thanks,i'll check when i get back.

UserCP, but AFTER you are subscribed you need to list all subscriptions, select notification (check all) then go down to the pulldown menu and change them to your new preference.

Change your current subscriptions.

After that, User CP, Edit Options, Scroll down to Defualt Thread Subscription Mode. Pick an option.
