Getting Physced for the Arnold Expo

In one week I will be right in the middle of the Arnold Expo and I can't wait. This is my first year going and I got a few questions for those who have gone in the past.

1) Are you allowed to bring in a Backpack or Bag?
2) Are you allowed to leave and come back in without getting a new ticket, like say you wanted to go get lunch or something?
3) Are you allowed to bring a camera?
4) What is some cool stuff to do in the city after the Arnold at night? AM should invade a local bar or something for the night.
 
my first time going this year too. im pumped. heard nothing but good things, except it is really packed. how big of an issue is that, will i be able to do everything?

Dude,
I can't wait to get an AX beenie. I rock a beatles one right now and although the beatles are bad @ss it doesn't really give me that bad @ss look i desire. Can't wait to see you guys there.

I should get a little hello my name is Pmiller383 sticker for my shirt.
Actually that would be pretty cool to get all the AM guys that are going to be there to pimp there username on a sticker like that. I will definitely look for you mace...do you resemble you avi alot?

ummmm.....kinda.......as we actually did a morph with me and gollum to create the avy. once you see me, you can let me know! :lol:
 
you'll have a blast.. went from going with 3 people this year, to 6 so far... Just remember dont take any liquid Dsade tells you to drink.. you might find yourself waking up in a dark alley ;)

Hell yeah, Christine and I will be there. As a matter of fact, we got our tickets from Ticketmaster today.

I hear it suppose to be pretty sunny in Columbus that weekend... Maybe you should bring up some Atomic Meltdown for me. Seriously though I will just look for the tan big guy that smells like coffee and say hi.

Any of you guys go to the actual competition or just mainly stick to the expo? I was thinking about trying to go to UFC on saturday after the expo but I don't think I will have enough money.

Sort of burned out on the competitions themselves...not to mention that most of my time will be taken up by meetings.

For those in the industry, the meetings you hold at the Arnold determine business moves for at least the next 6 months.

Well anyhow good luck in the meetings, you guys deserve it. Innovative products and good involvement on the boards with the customers.

Yeah same here. It's been a sh*tty week overall, and i'm now wishing i invested in atteding the arnold instead of snowboarding.

any one plan on spending some time at the MMA festival while there down there? is it any good? and i guess you can sign up and take seminars with some of the big names in MMA, is that right and has anyone done it?

Took Friday off to go. The crowd isn't as bad as Saturday's. I will not be the guy wearing a tight t-shirt nor an OSU shirt, so I should be easy to spot. If my wife goes with me, I will be the guy wearing sunglasses inside to hide my wandering eyes.

Someone always gives a talk to the general public. I saw Couture last year, got a photo and autograph with Wanderlei, and met a bunch of the TUF guys. I'm sure similar stuff will take place this year. Just check the schedule.
 
i think dana whiite's giving the speach, but there are other fighters that you can pay to take a clinic with i was told, B and P you ever taken any of the clinics???watched any of the fights or events???
