We have all been to those meetings where someone wants you to give over 100%.

How about achieving 103%?

Here's a little mathematical formula that might help you answer these questions:

LOL!, I want to be the first to say that this is the kind of stuff that I not only find to be funny, but also believe to be remakably true. Bullshit can hook a lot of people, just look at ad campaigns for **** like Cell-Tech and what not, but nothing beats hardwork, knowledge and the right attitude towards achieving your goals. Once I read this I automatically thought about work, which is where I am right now. Let me tell you, this is exactly true. All the BSers and ass kissers seem to be in high standing with upper management. While people like me who are up front about things and not afraid to speak their minds are looked upon as trouble makers or having a 'cocky' attitude. You can look anywhere and find these kinds of people (BSers/ ass-kissers) but it's hard to find REAL people with respect, morals and character. Every once in a while we will run into these types, such as on this board and among family and friends. These are the people who will always lend a helping hand and the kinds I like to associate with.
