any one have the Nike free shoes?

any one have these? Do they have fairly flat soles? I want some good squatting shoes cause my basketball shoes are to high at the heal causing me to be on my toes

Personally I like slip-on Vans.... their flat, and stylish!

I like the Free's for back squats and deads.
The adidas for front squats and cleans.
Undecided on which I prefer for snatching.

I have an old a$$ pair of Nikes airs. Flat though, no arch but i still have the slight lean in them like lifting shoes, they are stable too. They are about to bite the dust soon though.

frees have slight arch support. it feels like they were molded perfectly for your feet to touch the ground. they are really good for squatting and i love using them for it.

Reebok makes some light weight running shoes that feel great and have an all around good balance (front, back) I love 'em!
