Me, my week has been kinda crappy, but today I found I had an 8 pack of Ribeye Steaks in my freezer I didnt know were there!! woooot!! 8 ouncers too, just right for me!! I looked at the label, and each one is 295 cals, *40 grams* protein! woot!

The best thing that happened this week.

WOW that is tough to pick just one so here are a few.

At the end of Christmas day my grandson fell asleep in my lap as I was reclined in my Lazy-Boy watching the movie, A Christmas Story.

Had my son and a TON of family over to our new house for Christmas eve.

Went for a group bike ride and kicked EVERYONE's azz (on my OLD bike) including one guy I have always been slower than.
Then got off the bike for a run and beat a guy I have NEVER beaten before( I REALLY think this Epistane Pulse/POST Cycle Support cycle is GREAT!)

Just got a new BIG account as a reseller of Anabolic Innovations products.

Just got a preview of the new version of the labels we are going to use.

I am truly blessed.
