I've been following this lately, and the posts give alot of hints away as to how these "world class trainers" handle their clients in terms of diet and exersize. On one hand, I'm not suprised by the harshness of the diet for the endo's carrying excess weight. On the other hand, it seems even the ecto's/meso's are on a very strict diet.

Does anyone agree with their methods? CT seems to be a hardcore low to no carb guy, and has this one guy eating 40-45 grams of fat for breakfast, 25 grams of protein, and some celery--with indigestable fibers, makes it a sort of anti-carb, carb. Overall the guy eats 16-36 carbs a day I believe. Is this really nessasary to cut down? It seems like ALOT of LBM would get lost in the process... but then again, I'm not CT.


In any case, it's a very interesting read...
