Cant go wrong with Pantera, Slipknot, Korn, and Slayer. After blaring heavy metal in your ears for hours at a time.. nothing else compares. I just gotta upgrade to harder stuff!

On a serious note, As I Lay Dying, Parkway Drive, Slayer, Lamb if God, Bleeding Through, Emmure, and lately Above This has done the job. Heavy music = heavy weights. Giddyup

i listen to sinead o conner all the time, along with sarah brightman, lisa gerrard, enya, ERA, enigma, etc....then switch it up with atreyu, bullet for my valentine, saosis, hawthorne heights, crossfade, etc.
