Average Joe Supplements-Buy at your own risk

This is my first posting. I am needing to vent my frustration. I am currently station in Afganistain with the Air Force. Anyway, I bought some supplements from average joes.com. I placed my order on the first of September. Three week lgoes by and I write them an e-mail asking when they sent it. They write back (after three days) that all USP supplements are on back order and that they will receive there shipment soon. Two weeks go by and I write again. This time they tell me that there has been a delay and that they will ship them, "on or before the 15th." They dont get shipped out until the 17th. I recived them on the 21. I think to myself, finally they are P-Slin. I wrote them on the 21 and on the 23. I still have not received any kind of response. Has anyone else had this problem with them? I am not sure what to do next. They seem to ignore my e-mails. Is there anything else I can do?

I ordered Mass tabs supplements on 9/11/08. The guys never shipped it. If you email them they never respond, if you call them they never are on the line. You leave a voicemail and they will never return your call.
As of today 10/17/08, they still havent shipped it and guess what, they have charged me for it on my credit card. BEWARE of these scamsters.
 
if you placed the order with a credit card (which im sure you did) call up your CC company and file a chargeback. most CC's allow you to do this online as well. You generally have 6 months from the date of purchase to file this.

Basically you state that the package was never delivered, not delivered to typical policy (long delay/back order), damaged, or wrong. Just keep a copy of your emails and you'll win and get your money back.

This is a last resort method, but great if they wont respond to your emails and its been 6-8 weeks and you havent gotten anywhere/anything from them.
 
Same happened to me! placed my order back on 10/16. They dont answer the phone, they are not giving me a status on my order. I contact the better business bureau to file a compliant.
