i have watched porn, read some online articles adn icant sleep . i been thinking that it might be cause of my change in supplements. i added 3 rpm caps to my current stack im not jiterry i just cant sleep.
i might have to reduce the Rpm to 2 caps or maybe 1....
since im bored and i cant sleep i might typed what supps i took today (i also took some fish oil gelcaps, gut health, multi v)
Firsthing in the morning: 3 Drive+1 RPM+ 1 Lean Xtreme
40 min later with breakfast: 1 AdvancedPCT+ 1 MassFX
lunch time: 1 Advanced PCT+ 1 MASSfx
small snack-1 MassFX
Preworkout: 6 Drive+ 2 RPM+ 2 MassFx+ 1 AdvancedPCT+1 Lean Xtreme
Before bed: 1 Lean Xtreme+ 1 AdvancedPCT + 6 abyss
i been taking abyss 4 days on 3 days off
i think im going to cahnge the RPM for 2 in the moring and 1 preworkout or maybe just use 3 drive first thing in the moring and 7 drive preworkout. me likes the pump
