Well I thought I would let people know I am on a different type of diet now, so I got rid of my "Started AP with Low carbs". thread. I am done dieting for a while now. I am on more of a high-fiber diet now with carbos!.

I have been taking Yellow-Gold. I really like it so far, much better than Anabolic Pump.
