Arrow Supplements on travel to Mexico
Going to be traveling to Mexico next month and wonder if there is any problem taking some supplements such as AMP, PEA/Hord, etc.?

Mexico is extremely lax. I would recommend putting all your supps into a single bottle (some innocuous vitamin) and keep it in your check on.

I would also HIGHLY recommend picking up some GUT Health, and starting it around 7 days BEFORE your trip. The organisms in GUT Health can help drastically reduce the chances of you being affected by food and water borne parasites so common in Mexico.

You mean mixing them all together in 1 bottle? Was looking at a couple different ones where some of them look similar so just don't want to be taking the wrong ones LOL

Then use no more than two different bottles. As suggested, a multi and a vitamin c bottle would be perfect.

Well they never checked my bags, but taking bottles on a plane would concern me on leaving the states and not Mexico.

I just packed all my supps in my bag, and had no issues. Oh and I had a lovely letter that said my bag had been searched from Homeland Security.

You packed them in your carry on bag? Shouldn't be any problem though with something like AMP and Pea/hord; what all did you pack?

Not carry on. My checked baggage. I would think with all the restrictions you might have a problem. I mean if the search you stuff and see a vitamin bottle and then open it up and don't see vitamins. I could see problems.

the only problem you can encounter is when you get back to the US. other than that no prob. They dont really care.

So you think even if doing it with your checked luggage, it could be a problem on the return?

well if you get a customs officer thats a pain in the but it can take the pills away and trow them in the trash other than that i see no prob.

No. May bag was searche by Homeland Security. They leave a paper in your suitcase when they search it. My Supplements were right on top.

Original bottles/containers, should be no problem.

Or get a pill organizer and just set-up your supply for the duration you will be traveling.

i been to mexico and got back home with no problem with some humatrope(in some ice packs) but i did this on my car
