Ergogenic Chairs a.k.a. Knee or Kneeling Chair - Anybody used one?

I have a herniated disc in my lower spine and sitting most of the day keeps me in chronic discomfort/pain. Has anybody tried one of these Ergogenic/Kneeling Chairs?

I've seen them on ebay and at Target for ~$100 and if it helps relieve some of the pain it will be well worth ~$100. Reps for some good feedback. Thanks in advance!

Hmm, some of the ones that I have seen don't even have backs on them. You still sit on arse with these, but the positioning of your legs forces/channels some of the pressure off of the lower back and down to the shins.
