I'm just curious, how many of you lifters out there have those unsightly stretch marks? I've been getting them quite a lot lately and I don't know why. mainly on my inner biceps and now i'm starting to get them by my front delt/ upper chest.
what do you guys do to help lessen their appearance and prevent the onset of more? i'm really getting discouraged bc they're growing and getting worse.
