i have been trying to get advice about what are the different exercises u can do to bulk up your chests and arms? also wats a routine you can do over a period of time that involves improving your abs, chest, arms and bak
thnx i thought id get advice from ppl hu have experience
 
Id help ya man but I only train my legs so hopefully someone else can chime in :blink:
