I'm a BUFFET addict.
There's not one week that I don't go to them. I prefer the buffets with meat. No meat buffets IMO sux.

I usually eats the meats first before i hit the pastas. Most of the time i'm too full to hit the salads. Should I do the salads first? But protein is important tho since i'm bulking.

Call me a cheapass, but I've smuggled some chicken breasts in my pocket a few times. LOL,One time I stuffed it in my backpack. hahaha

Give me some of your funny buffet stories!!

Definitely hit the meat first. Take in a bit of carbs from potatoes, veggies ect.. Then hit up the salads, make sure to eat a good amount of fiberous or leafy greeens to help digest all that protein. Next hit the fresh fruit and finally the desert. Thats the way I do it. I also have about 4-6 glasses of tea. By the time I'm done, my wife has to roll me out of there!LOL! I don't go there to often, but when I do, LOOK OUT!

been down to vegas 4 times. and each trip, my boyz and i hit up the bellagio buffet. (28 bones per person, but the way we roll, we cover that amount in half hour easy). what we always do is grub on all the smoked bbq salmon, chicken varities as far as the eye can see, london broil, honey roasted ham, slow oven roasted turkey....and after we cant eat no more...we play keto they have there for the diners, for about an hour. then we hungry again, and mob on more food. This process happens 2-3 times per night. one time, we were there for no joke.... just over 3 hours.

we have 3 casinos in detroit, and they all have great buffets. the MGM detroit buffet is my favorite. when i go to buffets i try to not go overboard. if its a cheat day, i will go all out. but otherwise i try to stay with "protein and carbs only" or protein and fats only". this is very doable and it works for me. they also have many sugar free deserts!

ballagio buffet is nice. my family goes straight to the shrimp, prawns, crab, and lobster. I like crab and lobster but dont do them because they take too long to eat, and eating slow increases fullness.

I basically try to stuff alot in before the effects of satiety set in. Even though I probably eat what it costs to get into the buffet, I dont find any meal is worth paying that much, didnt cause me enough pleasure, and when you eat alot of food alot of the protein is oxidized, and anything past 300 grams of carbs (aproximate) I heard cannot be digested at once.

Tactics? Well my tactic is to eat as much meat as humanly possible. :D I cannot leave until I go from:

1. Hungry

2. Satisfied

3. Full

4. Stuffed

5. Miserable

6. Gluttonous, food-stained, smelly, disgusting blob

I like that tactic. Sounds painfully interesting and well we all know the saying "NO PAIN, NO GAIN"

...my friend, you need the "buffet-stack"

basically, the way I see it, all of us who so often forgo the popular 'western diet' in favor of oats/veggies/lean proteins should--every once and a while-- be able to eat foods that just fuckin' taste good freely and liberally.

Essentially, it's a variation on the Anarchy Stack. Just hit this roughly 60 mins before you put yourself into a sartonin-induced coma:

1. 500mg R-ALA
2. 8g CLA
3. 500mg Green Tea extract
4. 1g Choline
5. 1g ALCAR
6. 4mg nicotine* (gum or losenge)
7. 10-20mg Eph HCI (without the C)*

(* = optional, it also helps if you've done an HIIT session of some sort w/in 24hrs. of your gorge-fest, nor does it hurt if you're on androgens...)

Honestly, I treat myself to this type of a treat once every month. With this stack, I've eaten a full lasanga meal, an entire pie and a gallon of premium ice-cream in a single sitting without even making a dent in abdominal definition. I typically count it as 2x an overfeed, so I'll just tighten up a little on the next week and keep my refeed real light/controlled. Just drop the stack, and then you won't have to be an ecto-with-a-tapeworm to enjoy your buffet.

Happy eating fellaz...

Fortunately, for me I now make enough $$ and avoid buffets like the plague. The sneezeguards don't work. Food for thought.

Man I'd stay away from buffets bro, I worked at one buffet for a summer job and the food served is basically old as hell since they buy in MAJOR BULK, they keep it stored for weeks in some cases before they serve the food.

Ive said it before and Ill say it again. I dont care how old it is, if it taste good, feed me. Like kittens in a chinese resturant, Damn there good. If I could cook cat and make it taste like that thered be no strays for miles.
Food = Good.
If it makes me sick, I eat free and sue. Win both ways.
