Hello,

I still listen to some old music,I like. I like to keep up with modern times. are there any particular songs or bands that are motiving?

Example. Eye of the tiger.
Once in a while Metallica before an intense training training..Battery, off of Master of Puppets. Some of there older stuff, The call of kuto , off of ride the lightning..no words all music. In Flames has ok stuff..esp the no wording stuff, there are some others I forget the names of.

Already posted up the VR song, but yeah Megadeth is always a band that can get me pumped up. The best song off their latest album "United Abominations" has to be Gears of War. Just the title get's you ready to hit the gym.
