Took me a minute (after reading back a page) to realize you revitalized a 9 year old thread. Lol. Why not.?

BFA in painting... I'm a General Contractor/Owner of a residential construction company because being an artist doesn't pay for my supplement stash.

Hahaha wow. Didn't mean to. I was on AM in the browser on my iPad. It was on the main forum page. I typically use the app.

Oh well. So much for that PhD dream, eh?

I'm getting my Accounting degree soon but I'm not sure what I want for my masters.
I do a lot of accounting stuff at my job, too.

Degree + experience = win?!? Maybe.

Uh... Not going to lie, I hate Accounting... Maybe I should have stuck to Criminal Justice.

Still a great thread to pull up, Aaron. I'm not mad! Ha

I think getting job experience while you're getting your degree is invaluable. Really helps post-degree nowadays.

But for the record, I can see you in SWAT. Or LAPD. Or a freaking intimidating prosecuting attorney.

Thanks! Haha, I'm so damn alpha sometimes that I think a lot of men at work can't handle it. And... I don't give a fudge.

Yep, I agree! :)

Even if it is years old, this should be interesting.

I'm working on a degree in Construction Science, I ultimately want to be a Super Intendent for a contracting/construction company.

Any previous experience with running a company like that or project managing for one?

I'm in one accounting class and it's super boring. I do well in it but half of the stuff in it is so repetitive and seems unnecessary.

I'm in school for logistics. Hoping to do international oil shipping or something of the sort. But right now I'm just a freshman.
Currently working at my gym. Lol

BA-history
Masters-digital teaching and learning.

Obviously I'm a hs history teacher

That's a neat MA. Where did you get it?

Azusa pacific university. Yeah it's cool-especially of your school has technology. Mine unfortunately doesn't have much but it's still useful for the students for sure.

Nice. I knew a couple guys who went there for undergrad.

We're still in that "where-the-heck-do-we-go-now?" phase.

I started doing Informatics but switched to Criminal Jusitce. They over complicate programing, and worse off is discrete math. Ughhhhh.

Every week...

B.A. in Finance (Investment Management), currently on tracking to get my J.D. in May 2017.

Clerking at a small litigation firm handling mainly appeals and complex/multidistrict litigation

BS- Computer Information Systems
AAS- Network Engineering

I'm a regional critical escalations manager for a Fortune 1000 software company.

My degrees had very little to do with where I am, as are most in the IT world.
