Yeah, I'm pretty familiar with the area. My daughter lives up there w/ her Mom. She just turned 13 and I really NEED to be within boy intimidation range!

She is a very good kid...she's 13 NOT 13 going on 21! So I know when to count my blessings! That's the only reason I'm moving. This is the age where she may start to stray from the path.

You got any tricks to beating that traffic? It is worse that Fort Lauderdale!

I lived near downtown Orlando, so I'm not real familiar with the ins and outs of Maitland. I was usually traveling away from Maitland for most of what I did out there.
