Here is the deal. I have been training for a little bit over a year. I was unemployed for a while (all the energy companys in Houston laid everyone off) and now i am working 2 jobs about 12 hours a day at each job. Which has really hurt my training. I miss a lot of days at the gym and my diet is not as good as it should be.
If all goes well, I will be able to quit 1 of the jobs in 2 months.
Should I just take a break from the gym or keep working? If I keep working out I will only be able to get 6 hours of sleep and I have been told that when bulking if you dont sleep 8 hours you would be doing more damage then good. But I also don't want to miss any more time in the gym and I really want to start a 1-test cycle and bulk up a bit before summer.
