Think i tore a chest muscle.. what can i do to get it feelin better?

It kills whenever i lift my arms up but, whats odd is i did chest tuesday.

Its both sides but my left just hurts a lot more. This really sucks as I was planning on getting ready for a nice stack. All ive taken was protein and water...

Im not making a muscle in the picture...

Is there anything I can do to get the swelling down and perhaps get it feeling better?
 
Most likely tendinitis in the pec/delt tie-in. Do your shoulders roll forward slightly when you are relaxed?
