I have to go with Christopher on this one...the old Metallica was great. Seemed to go on a down hill slope after Cliff Burton died. But as they said in their interview "Yeah, we sold out, we sold out Stadiums"

Can't blame the guys for going with what made them money, just changed to a type of music that I don't enjoy compared to the old stuff.

Some of their songs after the Black album are good but the direction they took was what disappointed me a little, Hammet is the fvckin man, nobody jams like he does :head:
