The Power Team is in town here, and I took the family to go see them. Its a heck of a show. Highly reccomend it if you get the chance. Great feats of strength, with a dose of religion/spirituality.

3 of them came into the gym I train at, and got a chance to talk to one of them. Great guy. I expected guys built the way they are to have egos to match. I was happily surprised that there was little to none.

Anyway, if you get the chance, its a great way for the family to spend an evening.
