Cheap physicals and eye exams

I need to get medical clearance for an event in April 27, but I don't have any insurance and I need to get a physical and an eye exam. The eye exam is not as hard to find, but I can't really afford a $200 physical. So, does anyone know where I can get a cheap physical in central TX?

Try a chiro, I know mine did physicals

That is a shame for something as simple as a physical to be $200.00
