Here is how I figured it out:

first, I found the website on youtube that you wanted. I then went to the embedding code. Now, you don't want the whole thing.. just the part after the "=" sign. In this case, it would be "yGuVNEM70x0".

Next, you just put the youtube marks on the start and end with the partial code in the middle -- i.e.,
