I joined months back and ever sense then I have been reading threads as much as I could and this helped me out with my goals more then anything else bc of all the knowledge floating around. So in return (starting yesterday) I decided to start posting to maybe help some1 else out also. So thanks everyone. Starting in a few days I'm gonna start a detailed thread of powerful and E-Bol and add Anabolic pump when it arrives(got 4 bottles) Can't thank yall eough though!

Clean bulk all the way! No cutting for me, I'm 5'9 and only weigh 179 so I gotta bulk it. Oh an I also got the Mass Pump Stack from nutraplanet and I love it, so gonna be usin that too
 
Also AI just received your Whey peanut butter protein, so thats gonna be a staple in my diet, LOVE the taste, way to go
 
I love the PB too and I love to mix any AI chocolate flavor with any other AI PB flavor. I try to order one flavor Cycle Support and another flavor of whey so I can change up flavors and mix them.
