| brown magic  | i'm baaaack i've been away from the boards for some time, and been away from the gym too. and it shows. no excuses, been lazy and unmotivated. but hey, i'd like to get my fat ass off the whatever i'm sitting on and lose some weight. any tips, suggestions on a winter-time cut? thanks, and hope to show some results! bos |
