In my youth...er....ummmmmmm.....I had a lot of interactions with the police. What I observed was that when the cops felt in charge of the situation (i.e. physically safe) they could be hilarious.
I thought that was great. The only thing that would have been better is if the perp had said the word MAGIC. Or Abbracadbra. Either way, the cop should have his own show.
Well from previuos experience (quite a while ago) Id have to say he was high because you cant misplace your pot otherwise! Also thats the very reason ballcaps have a lip on the INSIDE !
