For grinding up oats so they mix up in your protein powder...it is quite expensive, but can be used for other things as well. Just wanted to see if anyone has tried this, or know someone who has.

just throw down 20 bucks on a cheap coffee bean grinder.

I do like Beelze said...but if you're really set on getting a new toy for the kitchen it would be much cheaper to get a food processor from WalMart~$60.

really cool, but way too expensive... just go for a magic bullet or a coffee grinder. cheap and effective.

I use a coffee grinder for my flax seed and it works wonderfully ~12$

FYI: you can buy something like 12oz of milled flax seed at WalMart for about $1.75 (it's in the flour aisle).

I get mine at the health food store light and heat will make it go rancid
