So after not being able to train for 10 days, I finally get back to training and man I felt like my cardiovascular conditioning took a dump. I would run out of breath earlier through a set and man that stinks! Also had to back off on the weights just so I could get used to lifting again. So far I had two crappy training days but I did my best. I'm sure the body will adapt anyways. How do you guys take on training after recovering from the flu or cold or a fever?
