food excluded im sure.....(now that ive ventured into the darkside)

planning on 2 simple cycles per year (10-12 weeks in length): $600?

protein powder: one muscle milk or blend protein per evert 5 weeks or so ($19) one 5lb whey per month ($21) bars, just a couple ($8-10) Total: $50 x 12= $600

creatine/vitamins/etc: $200-250?

So i suppose, around 1400-1500 (not bad)

I dont wanna know!!
Bump that. But considering how much some fat slobs spend juicing up their car/motorcycle/boat/etc only to keep looking like fat slobs, I don't feel too bad.

just add up how much those fat f#cks eat everyday going thru mcdonalds, plus all their candy bars, regular pop etc.......you will find out you spend less on protein creatine etc......plus look and feel a heck of a lot better

Ask my wife, she gets all the bills here.
She never says a word, she likes they way i look but i do spend alot.
This isnt a hobby for me its a lifestyle, just like most of us here.
My hobby, racing snowmobiles all winter is way more expensive. A new machine or two everyother year will keep the money from accumulating in your pockets.

I really don't care to know how much a year i spend, but it's all worth it in the long run.
I do know that 2yrs ago I was spending a week what my average supplement bill is a month on drugs and booze.
So it's money very well spent
Beside the wife likes the look and is very supportive of the lifestyle that I've chosen.
Can say this it's alot, especially when on cycle ;)
Peace

Around $2500 or so, and I just shuddered thinking about that, but I'll spend it anyway. It's just "built-in" if you know what I mean:)

So that`s where all my money has gone

I just checked out my account at netrition.com.
So far this year I`ve spent $1,180 on supplements.
Mind you a a lot of that money was used to get the stuff here (Japan) via FedEx.
I have enough supplements to last me for another 3 months so I shouldn`t need to buy anything else for a while.

I have a similar view to you garyrabbit - I used to spend a lot of cash on recreational drugs, at least now what I`m putting into my body is making a healthier, better me, or at least I hope so. :)

hey bro...i work for fedex...thanks!

i've never been n2 any like recreational drugs, booze...but atone time ate alot of junk food. and crap like that. like several said, puttin it in perspective, ya its alot but u figure its alot less than junk, whatever it may be. plus u get a healthier lifestyle.

i do like weave...build it into my monthly budget....the only thing i regret is spending $$ on crap that dosent work...like when i first started out, ashamed to say i bought some celltech...ouch!

100 a weekend in ectasy
50 a weekend in beer

Wow I don't spend much at all on supps compared to that.

Thanks Nelson.

We may spend a lot of money if you ask most people, but when we get older we'll save a hell of a lot of money on Medical care and than it will be their turn to pay some hefty cash

I don't want to think about what I spend a year on bbing.. I spent $30 today at walmart on 3 vitimans i take daily :( It works out to $200 a month on supplements I would guess but add another $100 a week on food, $35/month for a gym membership and it ads up. I could be a rich fat or skinny bitch if I stopped working out.

Just bought my first PH cycle and that was $330 without the clomid and novladex :(

I'm stopping now.....

Here is a list what I buy

Multi vitiman
E, C,
Flax oil
Protien
Regular food
Milk thistle

I'm not going to even think about it, too depressing. I'd guess somewhere around $350(CND) a month in sups and another $600(CND) in groceries. :(

The good thing about gear is no matter how much you spend you realize you are better off than people buying recreational drugs...

This thread makes you think...I always tried to ignore the total cost, especially in the past few months that spiro and minoxidil have become a must for me. If time on = time off, that's 4-6 month's worth of test, deca/eq/tren, orals, and ancillaries...$400 / cycle, 2 cycles a year, that's $800 on AAS.

For me viagra and hair stack is also a must. This is all hypoethical, as I don't have enough to sustain this budget for any length of time...but those for 365 days would be 12 about $500.

Add in protein and supplements, $3000 annually a year is probably the bare minumum for any serious bodybuilder. (You can drink yourself poor if you're a fan of muscle milk and other fancy proteins.)

This thread made me think more about my grocerie bill which I never really thought about before.

So for each day it is something like this.

Eggs .70
Tuna 1.00
peanuts .30
Apples .85
protein powder $2.00
Oil .25
Oatmeal .45
Chicken .75

So a HIGH estimate is $6.3 a day or less about $44 a week. Pretty reasonable especially when you consider this is 4950 calories a day.
If you took out the apples and substituted oatmeal you could probably get it around $40 a week.
