I had my normal workout today, and when I got to squats, I noticed a couple working out on the rack next to me. I thought that the girl was just there to talk to her boyfriend, but no, she gets under the rack with 275 on it and does some deep ass squats for a set of 5. If thats not enough, she then put on 315 and repeated the same. Next up were front squats with 225. Gawd damn!!!! I felt like such a weiner with my 10x195 squats (i'm doing some hst). I didn't know that girls could get that strong!! Granted, she did have acne all over her face and a deep voice.
