Hello to all I am Mike and I have registered here about a week or so ago, just now got the chance to introduce myself. I am 25 years old and I am in the US Army. I come from Michigan but I am currently stationed in Korea. It's not to bad over here but it takes forever to get our supplements in the mail from the states. Only other option we have is the GNC on post but we all know how high there prices can be at times.
I currently train 5 days a week split like this:
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Arms
Wednesday: Shoulders and Traps
Thursday: Back
Friday: Legs
If for some reason I can't make it to the gym one of those days I go on Saturday or Sunday to make up for the missed workout.
I eat 7-8 small meals a day and try to get in around 3,500 to 4,000 clean cals.
Thats about all I can say for now, look forward to contributing around here a little bit more.:
