Still going strong

I remember religiously reading this board about 4 years ago. Glad to see that it's still going strong since I haven't checked back in awhile since I lost site of my bodybuilding goals. Now that I'm back on track it's good to see the board still up and going with solid information and mods. I was bummed out to see animals board charges now but all the info on that board they should have been.
