He does alot for us, He always listens to our ideas and gives us pretty much what we ask for, all without complaining

Truly, our Admin has given us a great place to communicate and educate amongst like minded people. AM is a great reservoir of info for all kinds...those starting out to lose a few lbs, those looking to get big and look like JBlaze, those trying to cut so they DON'T look like Rage...
