if you could only do one move..

like lets say if for the rest of your life you could only do one exercise (for mass and strength) what would it be??
for me i would proabably pick deadlift because alot of people on here says it is a great mass buillder.
i guess this is like asking what compound move adds the best mass lol
 
actually no i would pick pull ups (and eventually add weight)
this is because if i injured my self deadlifting then i would mess up my lower back, and i cant squat without deadlifting in order to balance out the lower back development so i would say pull ups so i can have some nice wings
 
Think of it though, when you do a clean and press or clean and jerk your working the same muscles involved in the deadlift plus your delts, chest, triceps, so your also increasing pushing power. Don't get me wrong though i love deadlifts to death my are one of my favourites.

I agree it has to be clean and press
