Ever Use Slimmer Belts?

I was out at Marshall's and they had this little exercise section and there was a slimmer belt that you wear so you can get a flatter tummy. Well lo and behold my tummy is the only problem spot I got and it sounded like a good idea to wear it and get it smaller. Anyone have experience with those kind of products or am I better off wearing a regular leather lifting belt instead??

Are you trying to say wearing a normal belt has left a type of indentation in your stomach's shape, and that this more subtle belt will leave less of an imprint?

is it a belt you wear to work that says it can help? Ive seen infomercials that sell belts that you wear in your house and it just "melts" the pounds off your stomach and you can loose up to 3 inches off your waist, except its just something that makes you sweat around your abs so you loose water weight.. Or is this something else?

Cardio combined with lifting gets the fat off, eating right keeps it off. No belt will change your waist line unless it can make you eat better by squeezing the crap out of you and leaving only enough room for chicken breast and brown rice.
the sauna belt is not a long term solution, in the short term you will lose pounds of money and time.

Yeah yeah the slimmer belt says you wear it and you lose water weight to get a flatter stomach but i suppose the water just comes back after a while so it's just a gimmick??

all those thins that guarantee you 2 inches off your waist in 5 days are gimicks lol. Yea it wil come back as soon as you rehydrate

I can't believe those things are still around, that's a late 70's gimmick and it's still hanging on. Are you asking if you should wear a lifting belt? Anyway you should avoid wearing a belt as much as possible, it has nothing to do with losing gut size, it's about strengthening your core. To lose gut, diet!

i thought it was a corset you were talking about. Hey if it works go for it, if i saw it for 5 bucks i might go for it, but when my shirt comes off at the end of the night to get to work with a lady then I might have some explaining to do.
