Do you give your dog vitamins/supplements?

Right now all my Doberman takes is dog vitamins. He also frequently gets natural peanut butter which he loves and I think is good for him, and usually a small sample of whatever I eat (which is *USUALLY* healthy)

He is not too picky, I gave him some almonds and he liked them. Of course, he will also eat cat **** or used tissue if given the opportunity.

I am thinking about giving him some flax oil as well. That is the only stuff I think would be defietly ok. Does anyone know of supplement research in dogs?

sometimes i give my dobies a taste of a non chocolate flavored protein shake, but that is about it. Their dog food has glucosomine in it for healthy joints, so I guess you could say they take that...
