okay im on a bulker right now im 275 and it is real hard to get so much protein esp 2 grams per pound that is hard man. now im on muscle juice 2544 good product but is two scoops enough i mean 3 scoops seems to much and is hard im on test e 500mg and dbol 1-4 30mg any advice i mean even 1pds of protein is hard .

i know is revolves around good diet and calories . remember son im 275 and your 220 so stop playing games and flaming and answer the question im a newbie here and asking for advice cut the sarcasm. pictures speak louder than words

i belive whether cutting or dieting , bulking or lean mass cycle you should always do 8 reps and go heavy that way you keep your strengh and i believe that strengh and size go hand in hand. Thus most of the time not all the time and i truly believe when cutting go heavy and train hard and do 8 reps just clean up your diet big time and do lots of cardio and that well result in weight loss.

Remember a strict diet and good lots of cardio will tone your body faster than a couple of extra reps 12 reps say instead of 8 i rather do 1 hr cardio .

I have used eca stack and these thermo fat loss products the fat comes off fast and comes back fast after your done it is all about eating habits and doing cardio.

ONe thing is you cant be a couch potatoe when cutting that is for sure. peace and a great thread thanks

hi i went to the doctor today and he said i have high blood pressure 160/110 is that scary i feel like starting a cycle of m1t for a month can i start it. or should i start it after my blood pressure goes down it is gonna go up later anyways im assuming.

give me those legs i like your physique but on advice you seem to have alittle bit of fat around waist hip area i can see in the pictures. and i think your arms can get alittle bit bigger compared to your legs just a little then your proportions well look great.

and if you ever make the top 5 use most muscluar poses in the optional routine and your legs are a must your legs are definitely your best bodypart and do alot of legs poses and calves the judges well mark u high .

strong points you got the mass and chest shoulders arms look good arms could be another inch bigger maybe 1/2 inches

weakpoints. holding alittle water and fat around the ab area and abs could be more visible alittle bit more shredded

arms look small when compared to your legs and back is nice and thick but i dont see real striations quite yet and your upper back looks good but lower back seems to be a bit weak and has some fat down there or maybe water . hope u dont mind but regardless you do have a kickass body bro. i must admit i love your quads and calves wow give me those legs baby.
