Hey all. Im going to vegas tomorrow. I just want everyones .02 about where the best food, drink, entertainment is at? I heard that if I go to the customer service desk at most of the hotels they have coupons for free stuff like chips, drinks etc...

Any tips or suggestions for my trip will help out...

Go to Imperial Palace it has a great car Mueseum, I met Funkmaster Flex there. NY NY is great for its arcade. Stratosphere for the roof roller coaster. Harrahs has a moderately priced Buffet, but KNOW you will gain at least 10lbs there as food is ADUNDANT and TASTY!!!

Last time I went there I went for my 21st bday. Din't eat much, mostly the liquid diet. If you go to other pools it will cost you money. DON'T go to the palms pool. A kiddie pool is bigger. Go to the hard rock pool if you can.

Clubs well I only went to two of them and they were ghostbar and rain. Rain has a cool setup but don't go unless you like being around a bunch ofhorny guys. There is like a 20:1 guy to girl ratio there. The ghostbar on the other hand was very cool. Very cool setup, somewhat pricey, lots of girls and I guess its common to see big name people there. For insance when I was there it took me about 5 minutes to realize the guy sitting in the chair next to me was dirk nowitski(sp?).

If you like strip clubs check out the spearmint rhino. Awesome place.

Always make sure before you enter a restaurant you check out the menu. My friend and I were drunk but wanted food before we went out. We picked the first place we found in the casino and ended up spending 80$ a peice on dinner. For some not so good food with average drinks.

Its a greedy city as you can imagine so tips get you a long way.

Let us know anything else you figure out. I am going back to vegas for the Olympia this year. I already got free olympia tickets and a free hotel stay but looking for anything else to make my stay cheaper. Especially when it comes to food because I plan on eating this time.

The new Mirage buffet is great!

Gamble at the Imperial Palace....they comp MUCH better than the huge hotels.

Drai's after hours (opens at midnight) is full of smokin hot chicks. It is located in the Barbary Coast. Easy to pick up some tail if you're on your game.

The outdoor bar at Harrah's is also a blast....lots of women at night.

Mandalay Bay & Bellagio have good buffets. Hard Rock has the best pool. If you want to see famous people go to the Bellagio or Hard Rock.

I have been to vegas 6 times now and I am going again next month. Never yet have I been approached by any woman in a bar or casino, who was a "working girl" people always talk about that but I have never saw it.

I never buy drinks, if you are in the casino playing slots or cards you will get all the free alcohol you can drink, the c@cktail waitresses bring them to you as fast as you can drink them, I think they try to get you drunk so you will spend more gambling.

excalibur has one of the best buffets IMHO, I think it is called "round table buffet" something like 12-15 bucks a person and well worth it.

people will be in front of EVERY damn casino there, and when they ask you stuff like where are you from? would you like some free show tickets? just say "I am leaving today" and they will leave you alone, what they want is for you to go look at time shares, and after they waste 3-4 hours of your time, they give you a couple show tickets, big deal. when I am in vegas I do not want to waste any time....lol

Alright so I got back from Vegas yesterday. Had a great time. I think the buffet at the Bellagio is the best place I have eaten at in a long time... UNBELIEVABLE! There isn't anything they don't have to eat there. I went and saw the Cirque Du Soleil show "O" at the Bellagio and was blown away. They had crazy stuff like 3 guys jumping off of a plank like 100 feet high, do 3 flips and dive into a small thing of water.

Imperial palace had the best price on the 3 foot margaritas. Excalabur, Tropicana, and Treasure Island were the only places I could find a craps table with a 5 dollar minimum.

I also ate at Tsunami in the Venetian, It wasn't that good and was totally overrated.
