Add an avatar?

Um ok, I`ve been on here for a while and I`m no dummy, but I deleted my avatar to update it, and there does not seem to be a way to readd one in the "edit options" or "edit avatar" what am I missing?

Under the FAQ. You have to donate to use custom avatars. Seems the Admin allowedold users with custom pics to stay but removing them loses the ability to re add it or place another.
