Hi guys, I used to be fat and soft when I was much younger.
I took up bodybuilding when I m 16 and have been lifting since then. ( I'm 23 now.)
Although I have lost weight and gain alot of muscles. I still look soft despite low bodyfat level(9%)and my skin is very elastic and 'watery" but no stretchmarks.
So can anyone enlighten me how I can look more tight and look less 'watery'?
