Hi there everyone!
I've been half-ass lurking for a little bit now and I really like the forum. Thought I'd stick my neck out and post.

My goal is cutting, I'm just over 250lbs and with my wife and I just having a kid I've come to realize that I don't wanna be that fat dad who can't do anything with their kid.
So to get back on the bandwagon I checked out the Muscle & Fitness fourms... didn't like it. I followed a bunch of guys over to 'Serious Muscle' where the board creator posted a 'biggest loser' contest.
I'm hooked... I crave the workouts and I've decided that this is it, this is going to be my sport. I really like the guys over at SM but it seems to me that the guys who really know their stuff (Jecko29, zbtboy, ect...) all post here. I think if I'm going to be serious about bodybuilding and weight training I should hang out where the information is and sponge as much as I can.

Good luck with your comeback- muscle has memory so you will see
good results if you can get all your ducks in a row.
