Thanks! I agree on PCT. I should've done at least some Nolva or something when I ran 1-ad before. Retain though seems to be a good supp in my mind.....When I used the stuff I didn't lose size for the first time when I came off 1-ad.....

There were an abundance of small factors that were annoying, but could be overlooked. The main reason was just the BS that was posted. You'd get someone that would post something completely ridiculous and get commended then another with a legit question or comment and would get ripped to shreds. Maybe I was just being a pussy and I know everyone has there opinions but I just was fed up.

I agree entirely. In terms of BS...you can only post positive reviews? How am I to ever trust a review there then.
But a lot of people set themselves up to be ripped:

Hi I"ve been lifting for 3 months. My arms have plateaud at 14". Should I cut? I don't need to eat more than 1200 calories right?

So I felt like just going to the gym and throwing around some heavy weights.... just missed setting a new PR on bench of 375....
But I hid 445 on a conventional deadlift

Then I had to stop lifting b/c I tore up my hands.

Looking good P. See, this is what I like about you already. The first shots you took not only displayed the Powda in all of his hugeness but also showed a bathroom hit by a tornado. This new pic clearly shows, "Hey? Who has time to wipe down the mirror? This is what you are getting for a picture. I have to run off to the gym". You clearly have your priorities in order. My wife would not agree with me on this, but then again marriage is about compromise. Here's your burger
